Expertise: My research interests are in vocational psychology and wellbeing at work. Current and recent projects include:

the development of the Career Competency Indicator, a skills based psychometric designed for use in early career.
Defence trainer capability; examining trainer selection, reward and career management.
an international, longitudinal project examining the career expectations of post graduate students.
