    The University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Department of Behavioral Science is seeking an Assistant Professor. The primary responsibilities of the individual in this Research Title Series position will include oversight and management of data and analysis across multiple state and federally funded projects (with different PIs). This will include (but not limited to) preparing, maintaining, and overseeing internal and external protocols for data sharing protocols and procedures and data analysis in compliance with federally mandated regulations for NIH funded projects, as well as any compliance issues associated with state contracts.

    The person in this position will also be expected to support programming of surveys (e.g., REDCap, Qualtrics, Network Canvas) as needed for projects. This individual will also provide oversight, supervision, and maintenance of statistical and analytic functions for multiple research projects with research undergraduate and graduate students, visiting scholars, and regular staff employees. This will also include training personnel on experimental design, procedures, and interpretation of data, as well as maintaining elaborate and highly specialized computer and statistical software and standard operating procedures. Front-line data collection duties may also be required as needed for individual project related needs.

    The individual in this position is expected to write and submit grant data proposals to seek intramural and/or extramural funding. Manuscript development and conference submissions are also expected. Additionally, the individual is expected to contribute to collaborating faculty grant proposals/submissions as needed. No regularly scheduled teaching activities will be assigned.
