Position Summary
The Jacobs School of Medicine (
JSMBS) and Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo (UB), State University of New York,
Division of Infectious Diseases, is seeing a full-time Academic Scholar for an
Assistant/Associate/Professor position to serve at our major affiliated teaching hospitals and ambulatory settings.
Overall duties include:
- Serving as attending physician for inpatient and ambulatory services, consultation, and follow-up of patients
- Teaching students,
- Training residents and supervision of fellows.
- Participation in clinical and/or translational research is encouraged.

Minimum Qualifications
- MD,DO, or equivalent degree
- BE/BC in ID and Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York
- Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
