Dr. Connors' current research interests include the dissemination, implementation and program evaluation of evidence-based mental health services for children and families receiving care in school and community-based settings. She has presented at national conferences and co-authored manuscripts on a variety of topics including the school mental health clinician perspectives on evidence-based treatments and assessment, role of nurses, psychiatrists and primary care providers in school mental health, integration of mental health and education research agendas, and evaluation research on other community-based clinical services such as treatment foster care, psychiatric residential treatment, Wraparound services, and specialty care for transition age youth and young adults.
