Expertise: Arnold has coauthored more than a half-dozen articles in peer-reviewed publications and three book chapters, and his research interests have included botulinum toxin studies for further elucidation of mechanisms of action and clinical applications, the role of barbed suture in flexor tendon repair, the role of magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of vascular disease processes in the hand and an evaluation of the effect of caffeine on free flap survival in the rat.
