Expertise: Mechanotransduction by vascular endothelial cells with flow-adaptation and flow-cessation (ischemia). Shear stress sensors on pulmonary endothelial cells. Endothelial cell reactive oxygen/nitrogen species (ROS/RNS) generation during oxygenated-ischemia in the lung with emphasis on the role of endothelial NADPH oxidase. Role of ROS in cell signaling.
