Expertise: My research interests are in two areas: mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, mental health and deafness. Current studies focus on compassion, psychological safety and emotional regulation in 'emotionally charged' workplaces e.g. health services, ambulance services, military, fire services, rail passenger safety etc.
