Expertise: Dr. Mitten received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed a residency Orthopaedic Surgery at URMC and a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA. He is certified by both the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Mitten is an Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
