Dr. Doyle's clinical interests include the treatment of peripheral vascular disease, open and endovascular treatments of thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms, cerebrovascular disease, complex venous disease, and thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS). Dr. Doyle is a member of professional organizations including the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society, and the Society for Vascular Surgery. His research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including Annals of Vascular Surgery and Journal of Vascular Surgery. His research interests include the study of TOS, abdominal aortic aneurysm, carotid artery stenosis, and vascular imaging quality improvement.
