Dr. Lomas holds a dual appointment in the department of Pediatric Allergy & Immunology as well as the department of Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology. She completed her medical degree at Lake Erie college of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA before moving to the Rochester area for residency, chief residency and fellowship training at the University of Rochester. She currently practices clinical allergy & immunology and sees both pediatric and adult patients. Her clinical interests include food allergy, environmental allergies, asthma, atopic dermatitis, medication allergy, urticaria (hives) and angioedema. Dr. Lomas' professional interests include education, and she remains actively involved in the medical training of students, residents and fellows at the University of Rochester. She is a native of Buffalo, NY and enjoys spending time locally with family.
