Expertise: Dr. Russell is the Assistant Residency Director, she has developed an Area of Concentration for residents in Research and has a special interest in integrating the Family Medicine Research Department and the Residency Program. Additionally, she is the co-director of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program at Highland Family Medicine and is currently party of a grant focused on expanding Primary Care based treatment of Opioid Use Disorders.
