Dr. Knackstedt’s research interests include quality improvement, value-based care and outcomes research, especially as it relates to infections in immunocompromised children, such as oncology patients and solid organ and stem cell transplant recipients. She is also interested in outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy in this population as well. She has published over 15 peer-reviewed scientific articles, textbook chapters, and scientific abstracts.
