Expertise: Her research group has shown that GSK3b is a regulator of oligodendrocyte apoptosis using two experimental models of demyelination, toxic (cuprizone) and immune-mediated (Experimental Allergic Encephalomyelitis or EAE). These studies have discovered a novel previously unexplored function of GSK3b in OL cell death and open a new area of research aimed at target identification.
