We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship Program Director. In this role at the University at Buffalo your responsibilities include overseeing the anesthesiology fellowship training program in pediatrics, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and providing mentorship and guidance to fellows. This includes developing the curriculum, supervising clinical training, evaluating fellows' progress, and fostering academic and professional development.

The director works closely with faculty, hospital partners, and residency programs, and ensures the fellows gain diverse and comprehensive clinical experience. Additionally, the director contributes to research, teaching, and service initiatives while preparing fellows for board certification and leadership roles in pediatric anesthesia.
