The Clinical Cognitive Affective Neuroscience Lab in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Illinois at Chicago, seeks an outstanding Postdoctoral Clinical Research Associate to study neural and behavioral predictors and mechanisms of change in the context of psychotherapy for depression and anxiety. This is a full-time, NIMH funded position for a period of 2 years. The successful candidate will conduct structured clinical interviews for treatment-seeking patients, perform lab experiments using neuroimaging and behavioral methods (e.g., fMRI, EEG, neuropsychological assessment), and analyze data. Publication of peer-reviewed manuscripts will be a primary expectation.
Candidates should have a recent PhD in psychology, neuroscience, or related field. Applicants with expertise in fMRI or EEG analysis along with a track record of publication are particularly encouraged to apply.
