The
Department of Emergency Medicine within The Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in the University at Buffalo is in need of a PhD/MD with a research background for a Leadership position.
Candidate will be required to identify and pursue sources of funding for Emergency Medicine based research in addition to design protocols and direct and supervise specific research projects. The ability to work with multi-faceted Emergency Medicine faculty and work as a mentor to our 48 residents is required. We have a diverse group that includes many academically accomplished faculty that draw their experience from 8 Western New York hospitals providing an excellent base of patients for potential studies and many potential research partners within our local EMS community.
