We are currently seeking Professors / Associate Professors to lead and develop research in Ageing and Quality of Life for the School of Medicine.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary research that addresses issues impacting the quality of life of the ageing population.
Participate in academic activities such as teaching, supervision, research and other related activities.
Contribute to the university’s mission of strengthening the output and impact of research across disciplines.
Develop educational or other life enrichment programmes, related to ageing/elderly, which can be offered to the community
Develop collaborative ageing-related research with other groups within Malaysia and abroad
Candidates must have a PhD in a related area.
Strong research contribution to Ageing- related research areas such as, but not limited to, geriatrics, gerontology, family caregiving and care coordination, financial well-being, end of life and palliative care, disparities, healthy aging and resilience
Proven track record as a research leader.
