The Department of Family & Community Medicine (DFCM) seeks a qualified family physician for the position of Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs to provide direction and innovation in our efforts to grow and transform the clinical experience for our populations served by our clinical enterprise. With several NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Level 3 certified clinics, we serve as leaders at UK HealthCare, a $1.67 billion health system, in its primary care delivery strategy by implementing value-based clinical redesign and population medicine programs.
