Position Summary
The
Department of Pediatrics, University at Buffalo (UB) Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, and the Oishei Childrens Hospital has an opening for a non-tenure track Pediatric Cardiologist. The candidate will compliment a group of 3 pediatric cardiologists. Strong clinical expertise in all aspects of pediatric cardiology is needed; interest in interventional cardiology is welcomed.
The duties include:
- Inpatient coverage at the state- of-the-art Oishei Childrens Hospital of the innovative Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus
- Out- patient clinical duties, both at the hospital and other satellite locations
- The candidate must play a strong role in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.
Opportunities for clinical or bench research are available including collaboration with other researchers at the Global Vascular and the Clinical Translational Research Center.

Minimum Qualifications
- MD, DO, or Equivalent
- Board eligible/certified in pediatric cardiology
- Candidate must have completed three years of training in pediatric cardiology from an accredited program
