TENURE TRACK FACULTY POSITION in Neuroradiology

The Department of Radiology at the University of Toledo Medical Center invites applications for the full-time position as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor and Chief of the Division of Neuroradiology.
Qualifications:

A. Board certified by the American Board of Radiology and fellowship trained in Neuroradiology
B. Eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio
C. Certificate of added quality (CAQ) certified or eligible in neuroradiology
D. Interactive consultation service supporting clinicians utilizing neuro-imaging from area facilities, along with consultation services for outside imaging studies
E. Member of American Society of Neuroradiology with active participation at annual meetings including presenting research in areas of neuroradiology is encouraged but not required.

The Chief of the Division of Neuroradiology has the responsibility of building an academic division of neuroradiology at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences in affiliation with the ProMedica Health System. He/She should also have a demonstrated track record of leadership and academic productivity. Qualified candidates will have credentials and experience at the level of an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor. He/She will promote education and research collaborations across the institution and community, attract and develop diverse and qualified faculty, oversee clinical and administrative activities of the neuroradiology program, and enhance the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. The Chief will be responsible for academic activities including teaching of medical students, residents and fellows; research; and related service duties. Leadership and communication skills are important, and there are great opportunities for innovative, educational, as well as, translational or basic research at The University of Toledo.
