The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Kentucky is seeking a physician faculty member to teach students and residents, as well as provide care for the patients on the Orthopaedic Hand Surgery Service in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Position will be 100 percent on-site at the UKHC outreach clinic in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The physician faculty will supervise medical students assigned to the Orthopaedic surgical service, as well as supervise and educate residents in the care of patients with Orthopaedic related diagnosis. This position will also be responsible for establishing protocols and critically evaluating outcomes as related to orthopaedic hand surgery patients, and will serve on applicable University and College of Medicine committees as assigned.

The preferred candidate will have a demonstrated ability in clinical teaching, as well as the ability to share responsibility for administration of the orthopaedic hand program. Rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
